Troop 1 now has an online store for Class B apparel. https://carmel-troop-1-2026.itemorder.com/ The store will close on Thursday April 30. The orders will be prepared after the store closes, and the Troop will distribute the orders when complete. This will be the only Class B apparel order prior to summer camp. Youth and adult sizes are available for order. The adult women's style long and short sleeve tees are only available in the Dri-Fit material. For the 50/50 Cotton please order the unisex style. There are also 2 color options, the usual green fabric and also a grey fabric with forest green logo. Please note, the existing green will remain the only official Class B for the troop. The grey is an option to buy if you want an extra item for activities when the green Class B isn't specified. There is also a draw-string bag available.
Troop 1 will be marching in the Northern Westchester-Putnam St. Patrick's Day Parade. Step off is 2:00pm. We will line up at the Joseph Smith Parking Lot at 692 Route 6, Mahopac, NY 10541. There will be a shuttle running from in front of the Dunkin Donuts at Lake Plaza Shopping Center to Croton Falls Road on Route 6 from 11:30-1:15pm. Road closures begin at 1pm. Note: the wait for the shuttles is often long. Any questions, please reach out to Matt Steinberg by text or on Band.
We invite all who are interested to our annual Summer Camp meeting on March 10. This summer we will be attending June Norcross Webster in CT from August 2-7. See attached merit badge schedule to see the choices.
