For those attending Summer Camp - Please arrive at camp between 12:15pm and 12:45pm. We will gather in the parade field (there should be a blue recycle bin with our Troop number to assemble at). Our Check-in time as a Troop is promptly at 1:00pm. Note that our first meal at camp will be dinner so eat lunch on your way to camp. The Camp address is 231 Ashford Center Road Ashford, CT 06278. Staff will help guide parents to parking areas. Scouts and leaders should bring their gear to our recycling bin rallying location in the parade field. Camp staff will help transport our gear to our site. Please label as much of your gear as possible with Name and Troop 1. Troop leaders will handle check-in and taking scouts to the medical tables to turn in medications. Scouts with medications should bring them in their original containers. Please keep them in a convenient location for check-in. For those bringing outstanding health forms, hand them to Matt Steinberg when you arrive.
