Park with the Pavilion and playground and pond.  Meet in the pavilion.

Evan Lalak is fundraising and is at 60% of goal for his Eagle scout project.  He will bring flower fundraiser to meeting the catalog for orders and Payment is due with order in person ordering thru May 3rd. Scouts and adults can order Class B items using the attached order form. Orders are due by May 7, 2024. Checks should be made payable to "Carmel Troop 1", or you can pay the Troop via Zelle (Lookup: Carmel Troop 1 BSA or troop1carmel@gmail.com. Please note Class B). Make plans to sell tickets and participate on Saturday April 27 from 7:45-10am. We need scouts for this important event to help with greeting, seating, serving and cleaning up. Signup here to ensure we have enough scouts. Each scout is responsible for a minimum of 3 tickets ($10 each) to the event, whether you participate or not - we encourage families to reach out to their family and friends to join us for this fundraiser to benefit Carmel Troop 1.

The Golden Ladle cooking weekend is planned for the weekend of May 17-19 at the Hudson Valley Trust site (2 Route 164 - intersection of Route 311 and 164). Scouts will camp for the weekend and compete in a camp cooking competition on Saturday. Scouts that need cooking for rank requirement or for the Cooking Merit Badge can Troop leaders know. There will be a planning meeting on May 7 to determine teams and cooking menus.
